Every year, Parkgate Pregnancy Clinic, Inc raises support to continue offering services at no charge. Parkgate offered ultrasound, pregnancy tests, counseling, parenting classes, and abstinence education classes to over 7,000 persons in 2016.

 

Mission: helping people make life-affirming, informed decisions in a non-judgmental environment. Parkgate is located at 100 Parkgate Dr. in Tupelo.

 

Theme for Parkgate’s February 21, 2017 Banquet began in the clinic when a client’s mother, just having seen a 12-week baby on the ultrasound screen, said, “God is going to turn this mess into a masterpiece”.

 

Jason & David Benham, minor-league, house-flipping twins who are outspoken about their Christian values, had already been booked for the event. They have seen many messes turn into masterpieces through real-estate flips as well as a cancelled HGTV opportunity.

 

It seemed like an interesting idea to visually represent what goes on at Parkgate through a house-flip since there was already a city-wide effort to rejuvenate West Jackson St in Tupelo.

 

Steve Tybor, of Eight Days of Hope, and Jessica Roy, of Parkgate are coordinating volunteers, donated materials and completion of the renovation. The Mess to Masterpiece house will be sold in Spring of 2017 to benefit the people served at Parkgate Pregnancy Clinic.

 

All materials and donations are tax-deductible. Any Donation of $1000.00 or more will be invited to attend an open house.
